    Domestic Orders: Usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
    International Orders: Expected to take 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing speed.
    Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to facilitate your logistics status.

    Domestic Orders: Free shipping for orders over a certain amount (please check the specific amount at checkout).
    International Orders: Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on destination, weight and size.
  4. Shipping Options
    We offer standard and expedited shipping options, you can choose the shipping method you need at checkout. Expedited shipping costs vary by region.
  5. Package Tracking
    All shipped orders will be provided with a tracking number, which you can use to check the real-time location of your package on the shipping company’s website.
    Tracking information is usually updated within 24 hours after the order is shipped.
  6. Duties and Import Taxes
    For international orders, customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the consignee.
    Due to differences in customs policies, these charges may be incurred when your package arrives. We recommend that you understand the relevant customs duties and taxes information before purchasing.
  7. Shipping Restrictions
    We are unable to ship to certain areas. If your address is not available for delivery, you will be notified and can choose an alternative shipping address.
    Our shipping service does not apply to PO Box addresses.
